Dengan lebih dari 300 juta SKU yang tersedia, Lazada menawarkan variasi produk dalam berbagai kategori mulai dari barang elektronik hingga barang keperluan rumah tangga, mainan, fashion, perlengkapan olahraga dan kebutuhan sehari-hari. Job Description
1. Formulating long term objectives and sound strategies that would help realize the set objectives
2. Building brand equity through creative thinking and developing new concept and approach
3. Managing and leading the implementation of brand initiatives successfully within strategy, budget and timeline in order to ensure consistent brand identity and messages applied across all consumer touchpoints which include, but not limited to, online videos and banners, TVC, radio ads, OOH, influencers
4. Managing integration, alignment and coordination across functions, including with performance teams to measure the effectiveness of brand campaign investment and formulate plans to formulate plans to adjust/improve where necessary. And with media team to agree on media strategy and plan towards an approved budget
5. Initiate research required in order to gain a powerful consumer insight and understanding market trend as well as customer requirement/expectation in order to build and strengthen brand equity through integrated communication strategy
6. Define clear and relevant KPIs for brand campaigns and track brand performance by measuring and monitoring metrics, including awareness, impression, perception and buzz
7. Influencing, motivation and developing subordinates to achieve the overall marketing objectives and personal development plan for each team member.

Job Requirements
1. Min. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Min. 12 years of relevant work experience in Marketing
3. Excellent knowledge of the e-commerce industry, and deep understanding of online marketing, as onsite, social media, and offline marketing, as TVS, Radio, OOH, and offline events
4. Commercial focus, results-oriented, and an outstanding relationship builder
5. Have good strategic thinking and analytical skills
6. Good sense of design and creative works
7. Creative, persistent and outgoing personality, eager to learn
8. Proactive, positive & open mindset and self-motivated with an ability to work without close supervision
9. Excellent communication, negotiation & reporting skills in both Bahasa and English
10. Cross-functional Leadership skills.
